Experience the essence of modern interior design through our project – an exquisite Kyiv apartment crafted by Votproject. This stunning residence boasts 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and spans a total area of 760 square feet, showcasing Votproject's unparalleled craftsmanship and dedication to contemporary aesthetics.

In the Heart of the Apartment

Nestled in the heart of the apartment is the main room, a space where we seamlessly integrated the living room and kitchen to create a harmonious and functional living area. The walls are adorned with elegant wooden furniture panels that reach from floor to ceiling, with some exceeding 1 meter in width. Interestingly, these panels posed a unique challenge during construction, as they didn't fit in the elevator and had to be delivered to the 17th floor via staircase. Despite the unexpected delivery journey, they elegantly connect the hallway zone with the living room. To add a touch of sophistication, the TV wall features gray Spain stone tiles measuring 47 inches by 23 inches, providing a visually striking contrast to the lighter materials throughout the interior.

Work Area in the Kitchen

The kitchen countertops showcase luxurious 47" x 23" white marble tiles, a timeless and elegant choice. This aesthetic extends seamlessly to the walls of the master bathroom, establishing a cohesive and visually pleasing transition from one space to the next. The countertop itself is crafted from monolithic white quartz stone, featuring a seamlessly integrated white electric hob.

To optimize space and maintain a streamlined look, the refrigerator is discreetly hidden in the closet next to the cabinet, which houses a microwave and oven. These thoughtful design solutions not only enhance the functionality of the kitchen but also contribute to a holistic and visually pleasing experience for both residents and guests.

White Oak Flooring

The flooring, crafted from white oak, consists of deck planks that are 6 inches wide and range from 30 to 47 inches in length. This flooring, sourced from a local manufacturer, faced some initial misunderstandings and required additional work, but the end result is visually stunning, contributing to the sense of continuity and unity throughout all the rooms.

Less is More

Our design philosophy of "less is more" is evident in the predominantly white walls, selectively combined with tiles on the TV wall or wooden furniture panels to introduce texture and interest. This minimalist approach enhances the overall sense of space and light within the apartment.

Moving into the Master Bedroom

Transitioning into the master bedroom, the continuity of design is maintained with wooden furniture panels adorning the walls, echoing the aesthetic found in the hallway zone. This deliberate choice enhances the sense of unity and refinement, creating a cohesive living space.
